It’s hard to believe Pharrell will be turning 45 this year with his constant contributions to the music, fashion, and media world. He has made his headwear a staple from his famous Vivienne Westwood hat to the many other classic styles like the Tiller he wears in the picture on the left giving this traditional style an update with a rosy red brushed felt and sheer smoky sash.
Beyonce has been in the spotlight for so long we have all witnessed her style journey. From her Supreme-esque matching outfits with her Destiny’s Child trio to her strutting the red carpet in Givenchy gowns. She can can somehow rock cut off jeans and a hoodie and women are rushing to the store to emulate her sexy comfortable streetwear. Beyonce’s looks the past few years captivate us because they are always fitted to her curvy body, baby bump and all. Her style is timeless yet fashion forward.
Katy Perry can go from your sexy, stylish friend to fashion alien in the blink of an eye. A woman unafraid to wear color or unusual shapes Katy Perry is definitely on our list. Her stage wear translates in to her every day fashions standing out in every way. It isn’t surprising that Perry has developed her own shoe line with flats, heels, boots and everything in between. One thing about Katy is she is versatile, she will wear a super chic Chanel outfit with rockstar spike heels and the next day throw on a leather jumpsuit. Her favorite designers include Ashish, a designer from London mixing current styles with Indian textiles and Fausto Puglisi who I see using vintage shapes with modern color blocking in their designs.
