According to Bureau of Labor Statistics, Live Sound Engineers pile up the cash like hay with pitchforks…hold it right there…not quite. It is however a modest, but livable, median, $41,780 per year. listed the median income of Lighting Technicians at $15 an hour ($31,200/year) and Audio Visual Techs median income at $17 an hour ($35,360).
