AudioAssemble.com Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of AudioAssemble.com (“the Site”) and outlines the types of activities and content that are prohibited. By using the Site, you agree to abide by this Policy in full. Violations may result in suspension, termination of access, legal action, and/or removal of submitted content, as determined at our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Site for any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or harms others. Specifically, you agree not to engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following:

• Illegal Activities: You may not use the Site to facilitate or promote any unlawful activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, exploitation of minors, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, money laundering, identity theft, or cybercrime.

• Child Sexual Exploitation or Abuse Material (CSEAM): The Site maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Any attempt to upload, share, or link to such material will result in immediate reporting to relevant authorities and permanent banning from the Site.

• Hate Speech or Violence: You may not promote, incite, or glorify violence, hate, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class.

• Fraud or Deception: You may not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or use the Site to defraud individuals or entities.

• Infringement of Rights: You may not upload, post, or distribute content that infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

2. AI-Generated Content

We support the thoughtful and responsible use of AI tools but prohibit automated or AI-generated submissions that are misleading, exploitative, or in bad faith.

• You may not submit AI-generated reviews, articles, or feedback unless such content has been reviewed and meaningfully edited by a human.

• Content that appears low-effort, duplicative, or derived from known AI templates may be flagged and removed.

• We reserve the right to score and evaluate submitted content for originality and require disclosure if AI tools were used.

• You may be asked to confirm whether specific content was AI-generated. Repeated submission of misleading or fraudulent AI content may result in permanent account restrictions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their conduct while using the Site and for ensuring that any content they submit complies with this Policy.

You agree to:

• Submit accurate, respectful, and good-faith content;

• Only provide content you have the right to distribute or share;

• Use the Site for lawful personal or professional purposes, in accordance with our Terms of Service;

• Promptly report any misuse, abuse, or prohibited content to listen@audioassemble.com.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code;

• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content using bots, plugins, or scripts;

• Use the Site to engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited promotional activities;

• Disrupt site functionality through excessive traffic, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or other automated interference.

4. Enforcement and Remedies

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Policy. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Removal of offending content;

• Temporary suspension or permanent banning from the Site;

• Termination of access or account privileges without notice;

• Legal action, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities;

• Pursuit of monetary damages or injunctive relief in appropriate cases.

Our decisions on enforcement are final and made at our sole discretion. No refunds or reinstatement guarantees are provided to users removed due to violations of this Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the current version. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
