Effective Date: November 18th, 2025

  1. Data Collection Practices

At AudioAssemble.com (“the Site”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining transparency in how we collect, use, and manage personal data. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information collected when you visit the Site, interact with its content, or engage with any affiliated services or partners. By accessing the Site, you agree to the data practices outlined below and consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with this policy.

We collect both Personal Data and Usage Data. “Personal Data” refers to information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as your email address, name (if submitted), and any contact information you voluntarily provide through forms, surveys, or newsletter signups. We do not request sensitive personal information, such as financial records, Social Security numbers, or government-issued IDs, and we ask that you refrain from submitting such data via the Site.

“Usage Data” refers to anonymized or pseudonymized technical data collected automatically when you browse the Site. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, time spent on the Site, page views, click paths, referring URLs, and general geographic location (e.g., city or country). This data is used to evaluate user engagement, optimize content performance, and monitor technical reliability.

Information may be collected through several means, including:

  • Embedded analytics tools
  • Cookies and tracking pixels
  • Affiliate link trackers (e.g., Amazon, Splice)
  • Form submissions (e.g., newsletter, feedback)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with identifiable data, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

Your use of the Site signifies your agreement to our data collection practices. If you disagree with any aspect of this policy, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Site.

  1. Use of Collected Data

The data collected through your use of AudioAssemble.com is used exclusively to improve the quality, functionality, and relevance of the services provided. We do not sell, lease, or rent your Personal Data to third parties. All data is processed with the intention of delivering a secure, user-friendly, and valuable experience for visitors who interact with our content, download resources, or engage with our affiliate or educational partners.

We use Personal Data-such as email addresses voluntarily provided via forms or contact submissions-for the following purposes:

  • To send newsletters or promotional updates if you have explicitly opted in
  • To respond to inquiries or feedback you submit to the Site
  • To provide support or technical responses related to your use of the Site
  • To deliver content or access to resources you have requested
  • To administer surveys, contests, or optional user engagement tools

We use Usage Data for the following:

  • To understand how users interact with the Site and its content
  • To identify trends in page views, click patterns, time spent on the Site, and referring traffic
  • To troubleshoot performance issues or technical errors
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate links, monetized placements, or sponsored content
  • To ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and detect potential abuse or fraud

We may aggregate or anonymize usage data for reporting, content strategy, or advertiser performance reviews. Aggregated data does not contain personally identifiable information.

We may also use your data to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of our team, partners, or users. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of data as described in this policy.

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

AudioAssemble.com uses cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance user experience and support analytics and monetization strategies. Details about how we use cookies-including functional, analytical, advertising, and third-party cookies-can be found in our Cookie Policy.

This Cookie Policy outlines the types of cookies we use, their purpose, and how you can manage or disable them through your browser or consent tools.

  1. Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs to help us understand how users engage with the Site and to identify opportunities to improve content and functionality. These services may collect technical data such as device type, session duration, and interaction patterns using cookies or similar technologies.

For full details on how we use analytics and third-party tracking, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

  1. Advertising and Affiliate Data

AudioAssemble.com participates in affiliate marketing and may engage with select advertising partners to generate revenue through performance-based relationships. These monetization methods involve the inclusion of affiliate links, sponsored content, and on-site advertisements that may interact with your device using cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies.

Affiliate links are embedded within articles, reviews, and banners. When you click an affiliate link, a unique tracking code is appended to the URL, allowing the partner merchant to attribute any resulting purchases to AudioAssemble.com. This allows us to receive a commission at no additional cost to you. These transactions may place third-party cookies on your device, which are governed by the respective affiliate platform’s privacy policy.

In some cases, we may work with advertising providers such as Raptive to serve contextual ads. These third-party networks may use cookies and device data for personalization or reporting. While we do not have access to their user-level data, their activities may affect your experience on the Site.

You can control most tracking technologies through your browser settings or opt-out tools provided by advertising networks. Continued use of the Site signifies your agreement to these practices.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, and support internal accountability and auditing. Email addresses provided via forms are retained while a user is subscribed or actively engaged with the Site. Unsubscribed users will have their data suppressed or deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Usage Data collected for analytics purposes is generally stored in anonymized form and may be retained for up to 26 months, unless manually deleted earlier.

To request deletion of your data, contact listen@audioassemble.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include sufficient identifying information so we can locate your records. We will respond within 30 days and confirm completion of the deletion process or explain why we must retain certain records (e.g., for legal compliance).

If the Site is permanently discontinued, all retained user data will be anonymized or destroyed in accordance with industry standards.

  1. Children’s Privacy

  • SSL encryption during transmission
  • Firewall protections and server monitoring
  • Role-based access control for system administrators
  • Enforced password protocols and multi-factor authentication

We require any third-party platforms or tools integrated with the Site to maintain industry-compliant data security. Payment or billing information, if ever collected, will be processed through secure third-party processors-not directly by the Site.

While we strive for best practices, no system is 100% immune to breaches. In the event of a data incident affecting your information, we will act promptly to notify affected users and mitigate potential harm.

If you suspect a security issue, contact listen@audioassemble.com immediately with the subject line “Security Concern.”
