Overdubbing for film is not always an option when you’re working with video. On short notice, the audio from the take is all you have. You could be filming a take in a large room that isn’t furnished and has a lot of reflections coming back at the mic. This leaves you with messy dialogue. With a plugin like the Reverb Remover from Accusonus, you’re one step closer to perfecting your workflow. Now the concept of this plugin is straightforward and in the name. It works similarly to the noise remover, but this focuses on the reverberations of the room behind the voice.

How We Reviewed the Reverb Remover
The Reverb Remover from Accusonus is one that I use fairly often. For voice recordings in an untreated room there is nothing better than using the Reverb and Noise Removers to solve any pesky background problems.
Like we said before it is a super simple concept that is laid out in the title of the plugin itself. That being said what better way to understand the function than a demonstration. Accusonus has a great example with this video right here.
I love the cleanup plugins from Accusonus because of how simple they are to use while achieving peak results. There are not many prominent features to showcase but here we will take a look at what the Noise Remover has to offer.
Simplicity – All of the Accusonus Era 5 bundle pieces are great for helping people who don’t know audio editing very well. In the standard version it is as simple as turning the large single knob until you are happy with the sound results you have.
A/B – Another function that is in almost every other Accusonus plugin that is extremely helpful is the A/B switch. With this you can easily compare and contrast 2 different sets of settings to see which you prefer the sound of.
Processing Response – In most cases, plugins generally will require a set amount of processing time and power. With Accusonus’ Reverb Remover, you get to decide how much processing time it takes as well as
Frequency Ranges – With the Reverb Remover, you can achieve great results with just the basics, but if you want to go even further, you have the option of controlling the response of 4 frequency ranges, Low, Low-Mid, High-Mid, and High.
Accusonus made their product compatible with as many DAWs and video editors as they possibly could. You can use their products on Pro Tools, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Reaper, Adobe Audition, Logic, Audacity, and so many more.

However, they do give you 3 options to purchase them. You can pay for a monthly subscription, prepay for an annual subscription (which saves you money), or purchase the perpetual license.

Remove the Unnecessary
Unnecessary sounds are the downfall of any audio production. The Era 5 Bundle from Accusonus is all about audio restoration and improving the quality of sound with the removal of unwanted sounds. They are also all about simplifying and removing unnecessary steps. This creates a better and faster workload for you, freeing you up to take on more jobs and earn more because of your high standard of excellence and fast turnaround.
There are many companies that work with audio restoration. Accusonus is relatively new to the scene having been started in 2013, but that does not mean anything in the quality of their work. Their plugins and products go above and beyond what many expect them to do. I myself have relied on them on multiple occasions and will in the future as well. Over time we will be looking at all of the Accusonus Era Bundle components, both Pro and Standard, as well as the Bundle itself. Each review will be linked to each other for easy comparisons and learning so check back to learn more.
